Principals of Schelin Uldricks & Co. arranged a 10-year fixed rate non-recourse CMBS loan secured by a lifestyle retail & industrial project that encumbered 17 separate buildings on their own parcels. The financing included paying off 2 separate loans, carving out a building that was to be excluded from the collateral, and funding a large cash out to execute a partnership buyout. The loan included 2 years of interest only.
