Principals of Schelin Uldricks & Co. arranged a 5-year cash-out bridge loan encumbering a non-stabilized portion of a larger 215,000 SF lifestyle industrial and retail project in Sonoma County, CA. The financing provided some cash out to the developer as well as funding to continue improving the property and leasing it up to stabilization. The loan had a 5 year term and included interest only for the first year, followed by amortization and a co-terminus maturity date with a loan by a different lender that encumbered the stabilized portion of the project.
