8/10/2026 – Huntington Beach, CA – Schelin Uldricks & Co. is pleased to announce that it has arranged $9,200,000 in financing for the acquisition of Palm Square & Airway Drive in Santa Rosa, CA. The financing has a 10-year term with 3-years of interest only payments priced at a very competitive spread over the five-year US Treasury Note.
Palm Square & Airway Drive is a 110,000 square foot retail & flex office mixed-use center located off Piner Road near the 101 Freeway in Santa Rosa. The property is anchored by a grocery store and includes a mix of other retail tenants along with a pre-school and specialty education center. Although many of the existing tenants have been at the property for several years, there were many near term lease expirations that made the structuring of the financing challenging from a lender’s perspective. The property is also located on the site of a former Hewlitt-Packard industrial facility that has been undergoing ground water remediation monitoring since the 1980’s.
