Mr. Uldricks is a Partner and co-founder of Schelin Uldricks & Co. He is responsible for co-managing the origination, placement and closing of transactions as well as implementing the strategic direction of the firm.

Previously, Mr. Uldricks served as the President of Virtua Capital Management, the equity capital markets group within Scottsdale-based private equity firm Virtua Partners. Here, Mr. Uldricks oversaw all equity capital raising functions for the firm as well as fund management for 22 investment funds covering investment strategies that included structured finance/credit, opportunity zones, land banking/development, vertical construction, value add, and opportunistic. During his tenure, Mr. Uldricks and his team raised over $250MM in equity capital over 57 transactions representing $900MM of collateral value. Prior to Virtua, Mr. Uldricks held Acquisitions and Financial Analysis positions at La Jolla-based Versant Commercial Brokerage and Breakwater Equity Partners.
