Principals of Schelin Uldricks & Co. arranged an $11.9MM loan for the acquisition of a hotel that was to be syndicated in a Delaware Statutory Trust. The financing was fixed for 10 years with 2 years of interest only. Principals of Schelin Uldricks & Co. also raised $5MM of preferred equity to enable the sponsor to close, after which they were to repay the equity through the sale of beneficial interests.
